Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped every business day.

Each morning, we process and ship orders received during the previous business day. Most orders are shipped within one business day of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be temporarily extended.

We offer free domestic shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Fluff Pen Powersports proudly ships worldwide where permitted by law and carrier restrictions. International shipping is paid for buy the buyer.

International shipping times vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, and carrier performance.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies or international shipping networks.

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with carrier claims and resolution efforts.

We will work with both the customer and the carrier to reach a fair resolution whenever possible.

Multiple Quantity Listings

For listings with multiple quantities available, the item received may not be the exact item pictured. However, all items will be in substantially similar or better condition and functionality unless otherwise noted in the listing description.

Shipping Restrictions
