Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must open a return request through our website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Domestic Returns (United States)

Customers located within the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received and must be the item originally shipped by Fluff Pen Powersports.

International Returns

International customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items internationally.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the return is the result of a listing or fulfillment error on our part, Fluff Pen Powersports will cover the cost of return shipping and work with you to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The only returns not accepted are returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or are not the original item shipped may be denied a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return and verified that it is the item originally shipped by Fluff Pen Powersports, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
